- 1 Whole Chicken (3.5 -4 lbs)
- 2 Tbsp Paprika
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp Onion Powder
- 2 Tbsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Put all you spices in a small bowl and add water one tsp at a time until you form a paste.
- Spray your crock pot or use a crock pot liner (my favorite) and put your chicken in breast side up (make sure you remove the neck and giblets from the inside of the chicken first).
- Rub the chicken with your paste.
- Cook on low (6-7 hours) or on high (3-4 hours). Make sure it is 180 degrees to ensure it is done.
